Welcome to Stageworks College. We pride ourselves on providing accessible, nurturing, and personalised training for students aged 16-19. Our full-time, professional courses offer a creative space for those who are passionate about performing arts to thrive. Regardless of your training background, our expert tutors will bring out your best, strengthening the skills you already have while helping you discover new ones.
Ever considered a career in the arts? Our level 3 courses in acting, dance, and musical theatre are designed to prepare you for a future in the industry.
Experience Day
Our free Experience Days are an excellent opportunity to take part in workshops delivered by industry professionals, meet current students and staff, and get a feel for the community and culture at Stageworks College. Come and join us for a day to see what it’s all about!

Auditions
Due to the limited number of places remaining on the course for September 2026, auditions are now by appointment only. If you want to be part of the action in the new academic year, book your audition now.
World-Class Training
Train five days a week with leading industry professionals in small classes of 10-15 students. With a maximum of 40 students per year group, you’ll receive personalised training, one-to-one support, and expert guidance every step of the way.
Real Stage Experience
Perform in full-scale productions with professional sets and costumes, gaining invaluable experience on stage. Our purpose-built studios are easily accessible from Peterborough, Bedford, Huntingdon, Stevenage, Hitchin, Biggleswade, and Stamford, allowing us to make professional vocational education more widely attainable throughout the East of England. Accommodation is also available for students moving away from home.
Proven Success
Our courses have a 100% success rate. This means that all students that have stepped through our doors since they opened in 2003 have gained placements at their chosen further education institutions or within arts-based employment. Our graduates have gone on to perform in the West End, on international stages, and train at top schools like Mountview, GSA, Bird College and The Urdang Academy.
