Funding and Support
At Stageworks, we try to support our students to meet any funding requirements wherever possible. Our courses are supported by qualifications that can be funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency providing students start their training with us before their 19th birthday and have not previously completed a vocational Level 3 qualification. If you qualify, the Technical Programme and core elements of the qualification will be funded.
There is an additional Audition Preparation (AP) Package that can be added to our courses on an optional basis for a supplementary cost. The cost of the AP Package for the academic year 2025-2026 is £235.00 per month for 10 months and includes classes such as monologue work, private lessons, fitness and more. This price is subject to change on an annual basis.
Student Accommodation
Stageworks offers student housing in St Neots, with four shared houses located within walking distance of the college. Living in our accommodation is a great way to stay close to college and be part of the Stageworks community for students who may be otherwise unable to commute.
Room Options and Costs
- Single Room: Approx £510.00 per month
- Shared Room: Approx £465.00-£480.00 per month
All prices include bills. Please note, these rates reflect the current academic year and are subject to change annually.
Support for Rental Fees
While previous students could access Housing Benefit, this scheme has now ended. The closest alternative is Universal Credit, but eligibility is limited and students should be prepared to cover rental costs. Families on lower incomes may be eligible for the Residential Support Scheme, which is based on your distance from college and whether a similar course is available closer to you.
