Abigail Espie

Abi has been with Stageworks for several years, where she works as college administrator, with a particular focus on quality control, assessments and student support.

Abi’s role involves supporting internal monitoring and assessment processes, as well as liaising with our partner school in relation to external examinations. Her aim is to make sure that students receive the feedback, guidance and support they need to keep progressing and feel prepared for their assessments and exams.

Abi has worked in education for around 20 years, and throughout her career the part she has enjoyed most has been supporting students and watching them grow in confidence and ability. One of Abi’s favourite things about working at Stageworks is seeing our students at their final Graduate Showcase and being able to look back at how much they have developed, not just as performers but as people.
