Michael Bays
Principal and Acting Teacher
Michael Bays is the Director of Stageworks Studios and Principal of Stageworks College, bringing over three decades of experience in the performing arts industry. His career began with the establishment of a youth theatre in his local community, where he developed a strong foundation in nurturing young performers.
He later built a career as a successful entertainer, performing in and directing a wide range of productions. This led to opportunities to tour extensively and work in some of the country’s most prestigious venues.
In 2000, Michael began teaching acting and singing alongside his performing and directing work, combining his industry experience with a passion for education. In 2003, he founded Stageworks, where he continues to inspire and develop the next generation of performers.
