Natasha Munday
Fitness and Flexibility

Natasha is a professional dancer, teacher and fitness practitioner whose training and performance career have taken her from the classroom to the stage and beyond. She began dancing at the age of three, training in ballet, tap and modern before continuing her professional training at Ballet West Scotland, where she graduated with a degree in dance.
During her time at Ballet West, Natasha performed three full-length classical productions with the professional touring company, while continuing to develop her ballet training through the RAD syllabus. Following her graduation, she worked professionally as a dancer in Cyprus, alongside a range of performance and modelling contracts in the UK.
Natasha has also worked with Football Fun Factory, bringing her experience of movement and physical activity into a different performance space. She has since returned to Stageworks, where she teaches fitness, with a particular focus on inspiring and developing the next generation of performers.
With a strong foundation in classical dance, professional performance experience and a passion for fitness and movement, Natasha brings an energetic and encouraging approach to her teaching, helping students build both their physical ability and confidence as performers.
