Tracey Kendall

Tracey has a degree in psychology and brings several years of working at Stageworks to her role as pastoral and wellbeing officer. She is passionate about supporting young people and helping students feel confident, supported, and able to get the most from their time at the college.

As part of her role, Tracey works closely with students who require additional support, creating and managing individual learning plans tailored to their needs. She also provides regular one-to-one support and weekly check-ins, giving students a consistent point of contact throughout their time at Stageworks.

With her background in psychology and extensive experience working with young people, Tracey plays an important role in supporting both the wellbeing and individual needs of our students, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their potential.
